UK-wide delivery across the United Kingdom
Free standard delivery on all orders
Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day; weekend orders are normally dispatched the following Monday
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by the delivery partner, remote areas, weather, holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Large-item delivery — please check room access and doorways before ordering

Before dispatch: contact info.us@aukosd.com to request cancellation; if the goods have not been dispatched and cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund
After delivery: under UK distance selling rules you may generally cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us
After notifying cancellation, goods should be returned within a further 14 days where a return is required, subject to statutory exceptions under UK law
Cancellation rights are not limited to the period before dispatch

Change of mind: for large furniture we can arrange collection; you are responsible for the direct collection cost
Estimated maximum collection charge: £300 per collection — if the actual direct collection cost is lower, you will only be charged the actual amount; the exact charge is confirmed before collection and depends on item size, collection postcode and access conditions
Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or goods not as described: AUKOSD / PICK4U LTD will bear the reasonable return or collection cost (the change-of-mind collection charge does not apply)

Once a refund has been approved, we aim to submit the refund to PayPal within approximately 30 minutes
The time taken for funds to appear in your account is determined by PayPal, your card issuer or your bank — we do not guarantee when money will arrive
Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible

5-Year Guarantee: 5 years from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects, structural faults and functional faults during normal use
Proof of purchase and batch ID required for every claim
