Every AUKOSD riser recliner is covered by a 5-year guarantee from the date of delivery.

The guarantee runs for 5 years from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects, structural faults and functional faults arising during normal use.

The full metal frame that forms the structural core of the chair.
Mechanism
The lift and recline mechanism that moves the chair through its positions.
Components
The mechanical and structural components that make up the chair.
Motor
The motors that drive the lift, recline and adjustment functions.
Handset
The wired handset used to operate the chair.
Power supply
The transformer and power supply supplied with the chair.

Conditions
All guarantee claims are subject to the following conditions.
- The guarantee period is 5 years from the date of delivery of the product.
- The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, structural faults and functional faults that arise during normal use.
- A valid invoice of purchase is required for all guarantee claims.
- This 5-Year Guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Liquid damage
- Fire
- Other external causes
How claims are handled
What happens once a claim has been reviewed.
- Where a claim meets the conditions of this guarantee, AUKOSD will provide a repair, replacement parts, a replacement product or another reasonable remedy, depending on the circumstances.
- Reasonable costs of handling a valid guarantee claim are borne by AUKOSD / PICK4U LTD.
