These Terms apply to your use of www.aukosd.top and to orders placed through the website.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or place orders for fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

We describe and photograph products with care so that colours, fabrics and features are presented accurately. Screens may display colours slightly differently, and fabric availability can vary by model.

Product dimensions, weight capacity and assembly requirements are provided on product pages and in the Fit Guide and User Guide. Please check access and clearance needs before ordering large furniture.

All prices shown on the AUKOSD website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for the goods, subject to obvious pricing errors.

If a product is mispriced due to an obvious error, we will contact you before accepting the order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

An order placed on the website is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process the order for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably believe the order may be fraudulent.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

Orders are paid through PayPal. Payment is subject to PayPal's own terms and availability. We do not store full card details on this website.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch and cancellation is successful, any payment already taken will be refunded in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy.

We deliver across the United Kingdom (UK-wide delivery). Standard delivery is free.

Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are normally dispatched the following Monday. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only. They may be affected by the delivery partner, remote areas, weather, holidays, access issues and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Please check that the product and packaging can fit through doorways and into the room. Our delivery access guide and Fit Guide can help you prepare.

Before dispatch: you can request cancellation by contacting info.us@aukosd.com. If the goods have not been dispatched and the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for those goods.

After delivery: under UK distance selling rules you may generally cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods where a return is required, subject to statutory exceptions under UK law.

These cancellation rights do not limit any longer statutory rights you may have, and do not require you to cancel only before dispatch.

Change of mind: for change-of-mind returns of large furniture, we can arrange collection. You are responsible for the direct collection cost. The estimated maximum collection charge is £300 per collection. If the actual direct collection cost is lower, you will only be charged the actual amount. The exact charge will be confirmed before collection. The charge depends on item size, collection postcode and access conditions.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or goods that do not conform to the contract: AUKOSD / PICK4U LTD will bear the reasonable return or collection cost. The change-of-mind collection charge does not apply in these cases.

Please keep the product and, where possible, its packaging until we confirm how to proceed. Contact info.us@aukosd.com to start a return.

Once a refund has been approved, we aim to submit the refund to PayPal within approximately 30 minutes. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account is determined by PayPal, your card issuer or your bank.

Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law for goods that are faulty or not as described.

In addition, eligible products are covered by our 5-Year Guarantee: 5 years from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects, structural faults and functional faults arising during normal use, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out on the 5-Year Guarantee page.

Where a guarantee claim meets the conditions, AUKOSD / PICK4U LTD will provide a repair, replacement parts, a replacement product or another reasonable remedy, and will bear reasonable costs of handling a valid claim.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for business losses where you are a consumer — we supply goods for domestic and private use only.

If you are a consumer, you have rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The 5-Year Guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, those statutory rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland depending on where you live in the United Kingdom, and the courts of that part of the UK have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
